Structural, MEP, and fire/life-safety engineering handled in-house. State modular approvals run in parallel with local site permits.

Factory Fabrication
Steel-framed modules move down a controlled assembly line in our climate controlled facility. Framing, MEP rough-in, drywall, and finishes — up to 90% complete before shipment.

Site Work in Parallel
While modules are built, the site team pours foundations, runs utilities, and prepares for set day. No sequential bottlenecks.

Delivery & Installation
Modules ship just-in-time and are craned into place in days, not months. Stitching crews button up MEP, weatherproofing, and seams.
