Edwin Tatum

CEO

Edwin D. Tatum is a visionary real estate entrepreneur focused on innovation, operational efficiency, and integrating technological advances throughout real estate processes. He heads a team of world-class leaders redefining construction to make homes more attainable across the globe. A native of Midwest City, OK, Edwin is a former professional basketball player in Latin America. He later earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University and is an alumnus of Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. He has expansive operational dexterity leading a healthcare company to 20% annual growth as CEO, while cutting fixed costs 10% during his tenure. Edwin enjoys supporting the artistic fabric of the community by volunteering on the board of the Dallas Theater Center and the Finance Committee of the Dallas Museum of Art.

Dameon D. Vaughn

COO

Dameon D. Vaughn is a top-performer and highly productive operations and financial professional that excels in various aspects of finance, analysis, and project management. He has led teams across Canada, US, Mexico, China and Australia and managed nearly $500 million in cashflow in four different currencies and six different ERPs. Dameon has exposure to creating and implementing strategy, governance, and roadmaps within organizations, and he is highly adept at identifying variances, resolving issues, and providing recommendations for change. He brings a comprehensive background in defining processes, enhancing reporting and visibility, performing gap analysis, and designing/implementing process improvement solutions. Additionally, Dameon is skilled in attracting, developing, and retaining a strong talent pool for the organization. Dameon graduated with an accounting degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Jason Carter

Mr. Carter is a decorated modular construction veteran having several successful stints with the largest modular builders in the country. During his six years as a general manager of Berkshire Hathaway’s Clayton Homes, he ran the Southeast region with unmatched discipline and efficiency. Mr. Carter also was the general manager of another national modular builder (Champion Homes), spanning a similar geographic area for approximately four years.

His most recent experience included being the Director of Operations for Saratoga Modular Homes, with responsibility for everything from sales, construction, and ultimately delivery of projects in multiple asset classes. Mr. Carter is an experienced construction professional with over a decade of experience spanning from estimating, designing and setting up factories, project management, and operations.

Scot Wasserman

Scot has spent the last 20 years at Silicon Valley start-up companies. In that time, he assisted in the raise of over 1/2 billion dollars in venture capital and private equity funds. In addition, he has been a part of four successful exit sales and one IPO. During this time, he has had extensive board of directors, commercial lenders, private equity/venture capital investors and attorney interaction. Core competencies that have led to his success include maximizing working capital, cost control, cash forecasting, introducing structure, internal controls, and processes. Other extensive experiences include business modeling, system implementations, international and M&A experience. Prior to his start up experience, Scot supported operations and cost accounting at fortune 500 companies Toyota, Conagra, and Sanmina.

Scot graduated with honors from Indiana University with a double major in accounting and finance.
